When will my item ship?
I ship daily M-F. If you purchase any item before 12:00 noon Pacific M-F it will be shipped the same day. I prepare packages for shipment Sat/Sun but I cannot guarantee that the shipment will be picked up by the carrier on weekends. Transit times vary among carriers and service selected. Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments which can be input into the carrier's web site for status.

Where will my item ship from?
I do not drop ship items. Everything I sell I have in stock in my smoke-free climate-controlled office in Central Oregon, USA. When you purchase an item, you know it's in stock.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping rates and carrier transit times vary greatly for individual countries. Expect First Class International Mail to take up to 4 weeks for delivery, although most delivery times have been running 2-3 weeks recently. Once the package leaves my hands, your transit time is up to the carrier and Customs. I do my due diligence to get your item shipped promptly, beyond that I have no control over how it is delivered to you.
